At Darwin, innovation is not just about machines.
Over the past few months, we have been working on a digital transformation project involving different areas of the company, with the aim of creating an increasingly integrated ecosystem connecting products, processes and services.
The project introduces new tools to provide a more advanced and engaging way to present our solutions, improve the management and sharing of information within the company, and develop new digital channels dedicated to customer relationships.
This journey enables us to streamline processes, make information more accessible and provide an increasingly complete customer experience, before and after the sale.
It is an evolution that will continue over time: technology becomes a tool to better understand the needs of those working in orchards, simplify day-to-day activities and develop services that are increasingly connected to our customers’ real-world needs.
